1. Passport Requirements
All travelers must possess a valid passport with at least six months of validity from the date of arrival in India and sufficient blank pages for entry and exit stamps. It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure that their passport meets the required validity and immigration regulations.
2. Visa Requirements
Most international travelers require a valid visa to enter India. Many nationalities can apply through the online e-visa system. Travelers are responsible for obtaining the appropriate visa before departure. While Les Clés de L’Inde may provide general guidance, visa approval remains solely at the discretion of the relevant government authorities.
3. Travel Documentation
Travelers are responsible for ensuring that all required travel documents are complete and accurate, including passports, visas, identification, vaccination certificates (if applicable), and any other documentation required by airlines or immigration authorities.
4. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance prior to departure. The insurance policy should ideally cover trip cancellations, medical expenses, travel delays, personal accidents, emergency evacuation, and loss or damage to baggage.
5. Responsibility for Documentation
Les Clés de L’Inde cannot be held responsible for any disruption to travel caused by incomplete, invalid, or missing travel documents, visa refusal, or failure to meet immigration requirements.
6. Health & Vaccination Requirements
Travelers should check current health and vaccination recommendations before visiting India. Any required vaccinations or health certificates must be arranged prior to travel according to the regulations of the traveler’s country and Indian authorities.
