1. Booking Confirmation

All travel arrangements with Les Clés de L’Inde are confirmed only after receiving the required deposit and written confirmation from our team. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a detailed itinerary and confirmation of services via email.

2. Payments

A deposit is required to secure your booking and initiate reservations for accommodations, transportation, and other travel services. The remaining balance must be paid before the start of the journey according to the payment schedule provided at the time of booking.

3. Pricing

All prices are quoted in the agreed currency and are based on current rates at the time of booking. Prices may be subject to change due to variations in government taxes, fuel surcharges, exchange rates, or supplier costs. Any such changes will be communicated to you in advance whenever possible.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

If you need to cancel your booking, cancellation charges may apply depending on the timing of the cancellation and the policies of hotels, airlines, and other service providers. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the cancellation policies of the respective suppliers.

5. Changes to Itinerary

While we strive to operate all journeys as planned, changes may occasionally be necessary due to weather conditions, operational requirements, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to provide suitable alternatives of similar standard whenever possible.

6. Travel Documents

Travelers are responsible for ensuring they possess valid passports, visas, travel insurance, and any required travel documentation for entry into India or other destinations included in the itinerary. We recommend verifying all travel requirements well in advance.

7. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, travel delays, baggage loss, and other unforeseen events.

8. Liability

Les Clés de L’Inde carefully selects reputable service providers such as hotels, transport companies, and guides. However, we act only as an intermediary between travelers and these third-party suppliers. We cannot be held responsible for delays, accidents, losses, or damages caused by service providers or events beyond our control.

9. Health and Safety

Travelers are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to travel and comply with applicable health regulations. Any special medical conditions, dietary requirements, or mobility concerns should be communicated to our team at the time of booking.

10. Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in the performance of our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, pandemics, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances affecting travel.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

Personal information provided during the booking process will be used only for travel arrangements and service delivery. All information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection regulations.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Gujarat, India.
