1. Cancellation by the Traveler

If you need to cancel your booking with Les Clés de L’Inde, the request must be submitted in writing via email. Cancellation charges may apply depending on the time of cancellation and the policies of hotels, airlines, and other service providers involved in the itinerary.

2. Cancellation Charges

The following general cancellation terms apply unless otherwise specified at the time of booking:

  • More than 30 days before arrival: Deposit may be partially refundable after administrative and supplier charges.
  • 15 to 30 days before arrival: Up to 50% of the total tour cost may be charged.
  • 7 to 14 days before arrival: Up to 75% of the total tour cost may be charged.
  • Less than 7 days before arrival or no-show: 100% of the total tour cost may be charged.

Please note that cancellation policies may vary depending on hotel, airline, or supplier conditions.

3. Refund Processing

Any applicable refunds will be processed after deducting cancellation charges and supplier fees. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times may vary depending on banks and payment providers.

4. Non-Refundable Services

Certain services such as flight tickets, special event bookings, permits, or advance-paid experiences may be non-refundable according to the terms set by the respective providers.

5. Changes to Bookings

If you wish to modify your travel dates, itinerary, or services after confirmation, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request. However, changes may be subject to availability and additional costs.

6. Cancellation by the Company

In rare circumstances where Les Clés de L’Inde must cancel a tour due to unforeseen events, operational issues, or force majeure situations, we will offer alternative arrangements or a refund for the unused portion of services whenever possible.

7. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellations, delays, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen events that may affect their journey.
